At eSIM markets, we strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Refund Policy

All sales of eSIM data plans are final once the eSIM has been installed or activated. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of service, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • eSIM plans that have been successfully installed on your device
  • eSIM plans that have been activated or partially used
  • Unused data within an active plan
  • Expired data plans
  • Change of travel plans or inability to use the purchased plan

2. Exceptions and Eligible Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

Technical Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from installing or activating your eSIM due to problems on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a refund.

Service Not as Described

If the service provided significantly differs from what was advertised and we cannot remedy the situation, a refund may be issued.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same plan multiple times, please contact us immediately. We may issue a refund for the duplicate purchase if it has not been activated.

Before Installation

If you have purchased an eSIM but have not yet installed or activated it, you may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@esim.markets with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Detailed description of the issue
  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days and respond with a decision.

4. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5-10 business days
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed
  • The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider

5. Balance Top-ups

Balance top-ups added to your eSIM markets account are non-refundable. However, the balance remains in your account and can be used for future purchases.

6. Third-Party Payment Processors

If you made your purchase through a third-party platform (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), refund requests must be made directly through that platform according to their refund policies.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny future service.
