Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how you can cancel orders and manage your eSIM markets subscriptions and services.

1. Cancelling Orders Before Activation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase if:

  • The eSIM has not been installed on your device
  • The eSIM QR code has not been scanned
  • The data plan has not been activated

To cancel an order, please contact our support team at support@esim.markets with your order number.

2. Cancelling After Activation

Once an eSIM has been installed or activated, the purchase is final and cannot be cancelled. This is because:

  • The service has been immediately delivered to you
  • The eSIM profile has been provisioned specifically for your device
  • Network resources have been allocated for your use

3. Subscription Plans

Recurring Subscriptions

If you have subscribed to a recurring plan, you may cancel at any time. However:

  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the paid period
  • No refunds will be issued for the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods after cancellation

How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Log in to your eSIM markets account
  2. Go to "My eSIMs" or "Account Settings"
  3. Find the active subscription you wish to cancel
  4. Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the prompts

4. Free Trials

If you are on a free trial:

  • You must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged
  • Cancellation during the trial period takes effect immediately
  • No charges will apply if you cancel during the trial period

5. Account Deletion

You may request to delete your eSIM markets account at any time by contacting support@esim.markets

Please note:

  • Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone
  • All data associated with your account will be deleted within 30 days
  • Active subscriptions will be cancelled
  • Any remaining account balance will be forfeited
  • Active eSIM plans may stop working

6. Third-Party Purchases

If you purchased your eSIM through a third-party platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store, etc.), you must manage cancellations through that platform according to their policies.

7. Service Termination by eSIM markets

eSIM markets reserves the right to suspend or terminate your service at any time if:

  • You violate our Terms of Service
  • You engage in fraudulent activity
  • You abuse or misuse our services
  • Required by law or regulation

In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
