Activating your eSIM is simple:
- After purchase, you'll receive a QR code via email
- Go to Settings > Cellular/Mobile Data > Add Cellular Plan
- Scan the QR code with your phone's camera
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete setup
- Your eSIM will be activated and ready to use
You can install the eSIM profile before your trip, but we recommend activating it only when you arrive at your destination. The validity period starts from the moment you activate the eSIM, not when you install it. This ensures you get the full duration of your plan.
Yes! Most eSIM-compatible devices support dual SIM functionality. You can keep your home SIM card active for calls and texts while using the eSIM for data. This way, you can receive calls on your home number while enjoying local data rates.
When you reach your data limit, your connection will be suspended. You can purchase a new eSIM plan or top-up your existing plan (if supported). We recommend monitoring your data usage through your device settings to avoid interruptions.
Yes, you can use your phone's hotspot feature to share your eSIM data connection with other devices like laptops, tablets, or other phones. Keep in mind that using hotspot will consume your data allowance faster.
